The inspiration for creating these files was to provide a free and more accurate alternative to the tuning forks that many people use for therapeutic, meditative or musical purposes.

A tuning fork is an acoustic resonator in the form of a two-pronged fork. It resonates at a specific constant pitch when set vibrating by striking it against a surface or with an object. Metal tuning forks are never 100% accurate, and they lose accuracy over time. This makes these audio files more reliable for accuracy.

Due to a popular request, I have decided to upload the original audio files to my website. This allows anybody to download the original audio file used in each video before it's compressed. The concept of a chakra is from Hindu tantric literature. It is supposedly an energy center found in the human body. It is typically believed that there is 7 primary chakras, however there are many more minor chakras. It is traditionally believed that the chakras are systems that interact with the body's biological processes. Many believe that it is the concept of the transfer of plasma, and energy throughout the organs, endocrine glands and nervous system which results in production, regulation, distribution and balance of hormones and ensures healthy cellular functions.

The solar plexus chakra or Manipura is the third chakra, and is located between the navel and solar plexus. Manipura is a Sanskrit word, "mani" means "brilliant or jewel" and "pura" means “city or house.” It literally translates into “city of jewels or brilliant-house.”

The solar plexus chakra's primary aspects are identity, ego/personality, willpower, motivation, self-discipline, and self-esteem.

A prominent lesson from this chakra is that you have the power to choose. The main challenge is to use your personal power in a balanced manner, with care.

It is said that "Every time you judge or criticize yourself, you deplete this chakra and weaken your willpower." This is incorrect, and needs to be addressed. You must criticize yourself, in a productive, beneficial and positive way. You must be tough and determined yet soft and understanding. For the most part it is entirely unproductive to criticize others when you have not first criticized yourself.
